Committee Applications Now Open!
The ACC, NCDR, and Accreditation Services Committee Application Cycle is now open until Thursday, September 4 at 11:59 PM ET! This is your opportunity to help shape national cardiovascular quality initiatives and data-drive care.
We welcome individuals from diverse clinical perspectives, care settings, and regions to apply for an opportunity to lead on an NCDR or Accreditation Services committee. Whether you're a fellow-in-training, early in your career, or seasoned leader, your expertise can help shape ACC's strategic direction. Every ACC membership category (e.g., CV Team, Affiliate, or Administrator) is eligible to apply.
Requirements to Apply:
- Must be an ACC member
- Digital CV
- Statement of Interest
- Statement of Reference from a current ACC member

Accreditation Oversight Committee
Leading Standards for Quality
The Accreditation Oversight Committee is a major operating committee within the American College of Cardiology (ACC) that provides strategic guidance and oversight for the College's Accreditation Services and its supporting programs. The committee ensures that all ACC accreditation initiatives uphold the highest standards of clinical excellence, align with evidence-based guidelines and support continuous quality improvement in cardiovascular care.

What We Do
The Accreditation Oversight Committee is responsible for:
- Provide strategic direction and oversight for ACC's accreditation programs.
- Ensure accreditation standards are evidence-based and aligned with the latest clinical guidelines and best practices.
- Oversee the development and continuous improvement of accreditation services across multiple cardiovascular service lines.
- Support quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient outcomes and promote consistent, high-quality care delivery.
