Choose one of the options below to begin experiencing all the ACC Quality Improvement for Institutions program has to offer.
Individuals from NCDR participating hospitals have access to the program as part of their NCDR fee. To see if your hospital participates in the NCDR, search for your hospital by typing your hospital name in the facility search box. Hospitals that do not participate in the NCDR can join Quality Improvement for Institutions for a yearly fee.
Individuals from participating PINNACLE practices can find their facility by typing in their practice name or participant ID in the facility search box.
Enter your information, associate yourself with an NCDR participating facility or PINNACLE practice by finding your facility in the facility search, and activate your account. If you are an ACC member, use your ACC login to activate. If you are not an ACC member, you can create an ACC username and password, and activate by following the instructions on the register page.
Once you have activated your account, you can use your username and password to access content on the program website. ACC members, please use your ACC username and password.
