The ACC International Centers of Excellence (ICOE) Program recognizes hospitals outside of the United States for their commitment to high standards of medical practice and their dedication to providing evidence-based cardiovascular care.

ICOE designation is a distinguished mark of leadership, signaling an organization's commitment to continuous quality improvement, education, and professional development for physicians and cardiovascular care team members. Hospitals that participate in and earn any ACC Accreditation are eligible for ICOE recognition. This is the highest honor ACC awards to hospitals outside of the United States.
