HeartCARE Center - A Mark of Distinction
Visual Identity: Image Files/Graphics
The HeartCARE Center seal is a mark of distinction that informs your internal and external audiences about the achievement you have earned.
Facilities earning the HeartCARE Center designation are asked to not alter the design element in any way, but are free to increase the size of the entire graphic proportionally as needed.
Download the 2025 seals here and the 2026 seals here. Each downloadable file contains the following graphic files for your use in marketing your award:
- EPS graphic file (for print quality)
- JPG graphic file (for low-resolution print and screen quality)

Guidelines for Use of HeartCARE Center Graphics
Only facilities that are currently accredited by ACC are entitled to display the HeartCARE Center seal for a period of one year from the date that the designation was granted. Minimum size for reproduction of graphic is two inches in
height. The graphic may be reproduced in black and white, but only when use of ink colors are restricted or the use of the primary Pantone color creates a design conflict. By adhering to the standardized use of our marks, you will help ensure the
proper display of these valuable and visually powerful communications tools. For additional questions about use of this visual identity program, please contact customercare@acc.org
