Improve CHD Patient Outcomes with Data-Driven Insights
Coming Soon: Launching in April 2026, the newest version introduces a logic-based design across three procedural pathways, Interventional Cardiology, EP (with or without ablation) and CIED procedures, activating only the fields relevant to each procedure. Expanded procedural modules, refined data elements, simplified adverse-event reporting and enhanced dashboards provide actionable insights that help programs improve CHD quality, streamline workflows, and support multidisciplinary collaboration.
The IMPACT Registry is the ACC's premier NCDR registry for pediatric and adult congenital heart disease (CHD) programs. Designed for Interventional Cardiology, Electrophysiology (EP) and Cardiac Implantable Electronic Device (CIED) procedures, the registry provides comprehensive, real-time data to help care teams track outcomes, benchmark performance, and optimize patient care across the lifespan.
With the IMPACT Registry, your program gains a one-stop solution for CHD quality improvement, capturing the full spectrum of patient care and supporting data-driven strategies for better outcomes.
