The Professional Data Portfolio app helps physicians track their clinical performance data and aids participation in clinical practice improvement efforts while also providing practice administrators a way to track physicians’ quality improvement activities and submit evidence of completion to various medical boards to maintain MOC.

Clinicians can use the app to:

• View NCDR clinical performance data to review and track ongoing quality performance.
• Create, track progress and document implementation of self-guided clinical quality activities based on NCDR data.
• Submit clinical practice improvement activities to medical specialty boards’ for MOC credit.
• Track and manage education requirements with the Education Credit Tracker system.
