ACC's HeartCARE Center Fast Track Options Now Include Heart Failure Accreditation with Outpatient Services
Recognizing the effort required to achieve better patient outcomes, ACC wants to reward those facilities that seek to advance coordinated transitions of care and the continued well-being of heart failure patients by providing a fast-track option to the HeartCARE Center, National Distinction of Excellence. Facilities engaged in Heart Failure Accreditation with Outpatient Services designation may now expedite the process required to earn this prestigious recognition.
