Registry Site Managers (RSMs) at CathPCI Registry and ICD Registry hospitals have free and full access to the ACTION Registry Dashboard through the end of the year. The ACTION Registry perfectly aligns with the CathPCI Registry and the ICD Registry to support your facility in delivering guideline-driven treatments to measure AMI care and achieve your quality improvement goals.

Once you've logged in using your NCDR user name and password, click on the ACTION Registry link to view the ACTION Registry dashboard.

RSMs can provide access to the ACTION Registry Dashboard for other individuals at their hospital. Simply click on the “Administration” tab on the left navigation and select “Site User Administration.”
