Sunsetting the Patient Navigator Program: Focus MI Dashboard

On August 10 the ACC will conclude the Patient Navigator Program: Focus MI dashboard as part of the successful completion of the formal Patient Navigator Program Quality Campaign. More than 70 hospitals participated in Patient Navigator Program: Focus MI over the last 3.5 years and contributed to critical discussions on how best to reduce AMI admissions and built a true community united around a shared commitment to optimizing patient care and outcomes. The Patient Navigator Program tools will continue to be available and hospitals are encouraged to use them and share best practices and lessons learned. The ACC is accepting abstracts for the virtual Quality Summit in October and the ACC's annual Cardiovascular Summit in early 2021. Find out more at CVQuality.ACC.org/PatientNavigator
